Rapid response when it’s needed

Our system comes with a comprehensive support package to ensure that you gain the most from the TrailerSecure technology.


 

The first stage of support comes when we install the TailerSecure system in your trailers and conduct on-site training with your managers and staff. We explain in detail all the components of the system and how the software works.

After-sales support follows two tracks. Software updates are regularly sent to clients. If there are software issues we can either guide you towards a solution or access your computers remotely and correct any problems ourselves.

In cases of hardware issues, we will send our technicians to your location if a replacement is required.

TrailerSecure’s primary market is in Europe. The system is registered in the Republic of Ireland.
